Yes! Your first conversation is completely free. We offer free sessions with our listeners. Some premium features like extended video sessions may have a small fee, but basic emotional support is always free.
Is my identity kept anonymous?

Absolutely. You can use ChatsPub without sharing your real name, phone number, or any personal details. We offer a full anonymous mode where your conversations are completely private and untraceable.
How are listeners verified?

Every listener goes through a thorough verification process including background checks, empathy training, and ongoing quality assessments. We ensure they meet our strict standards before they can connect with users.
Is this a therapy or counseling service?

No. ChatsPub is a peer support and mentorship platform — not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical treatment. Our listeners are trained in empathetic listening, but they are not licensed therapists. If you're in a crisis, please contact emergency services.
How do I report a bad experience?

Your safety is our top priority. You can report any issue directly in the app using the report button, or email us at chatspub@gmail.com. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior.
